◆  Night 1  ·  Open To This
Before Night 1 — read the Reward Note alone (front pocket, Commander only). That's your pricing playbook. Grab the Pricing Cheat Sheet too — it has starter prices ready to use. On Night 1: pull the Reward Menu, sit with your kid, fill it in together, both sign (~10 min). Your kid needs to know what XP buys before earning any. Then open Tab 1 · Codex — build a starter mission list together (5–6 missions is enough, you'll add more over time). Then open Tab 2 · Manifest — pick this week's Big 3 from the Codex you just built. Then pull the Debrief Card, read it once (2 min), flip to Tab 3 · Debrief, and run the 5 prompts together. You pitch, your kid watches. Hug. Sign off. Done.
◆  After Night 1  ·  Open Tabs as They Come Up
Tab 4 · Vault
First Friday after Night 1. Sit together, tally the week's XP, co-sign the ledger. Then every Friday after that.
Tab 1 · Codex
Back to it whenever you want to add missions or adjust XP prices. It grows as your kid does.
Tab 5 · Award
When there's a win worth a ceremony. Don't wait for a perfect moment — the first one is the one that makes it real.
Tab 6 · Tune-Up
Only when fast-brain shows up. Read the Command card first — same calm approach as the Debrief.
